ERNST, M. Mary Louise (Sabourin)

Passed away peacefully April 16th, 2014 with her loving family by her side after a long, seven year, courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Daniel Ernst. Loving mother of Shelby and Benjamin. Daughter of the late Lillian and Roger Sabourin. Cherished sister of David (Nicola) and Paul. Louise was a devoted teacher who will be sadly missed by her students and co-workers. She was actively involved in school sports and supported her children at their games. Her pastimes included traveling, reading, and being with friends who she adored dearly. Special thanks to the dedicated and caring staff at Health Sciences North, Palliative Care Unit and the staff and volunteers at the Cancer Center for their care and kindness. In keeping with Louise’s wishes, there will be no funeral but rather a Celebration of Life in the summer. In lieu of flowers, donations to the NCF Cancer Center would be greatly appreciated.
