In loving memory of Mario Casera, 57 years, who passed away Wednesday, July 2nd, 2014 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Loving father of Shawn Casera (wife Stephanie) of Azilda, sister Denise of Sudbury and brother Frank (wife Jennifer) Casera of Kettleby. Cherished uncle of Steven Richard (wife Dawn, son Joshua), Stephanie, Brittany and Jack. Sadly missed by Shannon and Richard Pender of Burlington and Debbie Casera of Hanmer. Born August 13th., 1956, Mario was a life-long resident of Azilda – where he lived and retired in 2005 from Vale Inco with 32 years of service. He retired from the divisional shops at Copper Cliff as a plate worker where he was an accomplished metal worker. Mario was also involved as a health and safety administrator for the United Steel Workers Union. Mario was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed everything nature had to offer. He loved to fish, hunt and to be among great friends and family. Always generous at heart, Mario often put the needs of others before him. His infectious personality garnered him many friends in his lifetime and the many people who knew him will forever miss him. An interment will coincide at Park Lawn Cemetery in Sudbury.
