RICHER, Germaine (Cronier)

It is with great sadness the family announces her passing in Little Current on Wednesday, July 16th, 2014 at the age of 90 years. Wife of the late Joseph Richer and of the late Marcien Morrissette. Daughter of the late Xavier and of the late Marie (née Mercier) Cronier. Beloved mother of Paul (Lynda) of Little Current, Charles (Irene) of Toronto, Georges (Paulette), Pierre (Rhéa), Laurent (Cindy) and André (Josée) all of Hanmer, Hubert (Mireille) of London, Paulette Chenier (Roland) of Lagoon City, Raoul (late Yvette) and Gertrude Demeis (Reni) both of Sudbury. Predeceased by Roger (Patsy of Toronto), Gérard and Raymond (late Bruna). Sadly missed by her stepchildren Felix, Gary, Paula, Brian and Denis. Dear sister of Jean Louis (Gaby) of Hanmer, Médore (Irène) of Thunder Bay and Réjeanne Lebrun of Montreal. Predeceased by her siblings Albertine Cormier (late Paul), Xavier, Donat (late Cécile), Éseline Engelhart (late Philippe) and Thérèse Vézina. Sadly missed by serveral grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Germaine was a proud member of “Les filles d’Isabelle”. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St, Hanmer on Monday, July 21st, 2014 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St-Jacques, Hanmer. As expressions of sympathy, donations (by cheque only) to the Manitoulin Manor Auxiliary would be appreciated.
