The family announces with sorrow her passing in Sudbury on Monday, July 21st, 2014 at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of Donat Serré of Hanmer. Daughter of the late Percy and of the late Edith (née Lockwood) Dowse. Loving mother of Daniel Joseph Serré (Denyse) and Darlene O’Hearon (John) both of Hanmer. Predeceased by her son Neil Curtis Serré. Dear sister of Donald Dowse (Fran) and Joy Beaudry (late Tom) both of Sudbury, Stanley Dowse (Monique) of Manitoulin Island and Barbara “Bunny” Bernette (Dale) of Alberta. Predeceased by her sister Dorothy Moyle (late Mervin). Cherished grandmother of Krystal, Bethany, Chantal, Melinda, Melisa, Kayla, Nathan and great-grandmother of several great-grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St, Hanmer on Sunday, July 27th, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 to 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations (by cheque only) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
