The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the age of 66 years. Daughter of the late Joseph and the late Helen (née Timms) Burke. Wife of the late Claude Lachapelle. Beloved mother of Tina St-Jean (Dale), Sandra Gummerson (Jason), Kelly Lachapelle (Paul) and Lisa Lachapelle (friend Corey). Dear sister of Betty Ingram (Marwood), Pat Burke (Susan) and twin sister Margaret Hutchinson (Ronald). Predeceased by her siblings: Larry Burke, Herb Burke, Valerie McDonald, Bonnie Parsons and Joe Burke. Precious grandmother to Kevin, Amanda, Tyler, Keegan, Logan, Krista, Brandon and Brady. Sadly missed by her nephews Allan (Cathy) and Todd. Predeceased by her nephew Kevin. Lovingly remembered by her dear friends Veronica and Mike Cummins. Mary will be remembered as a dedicated mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was an avid reader, enjoyed the outdoors and loved gardening. The family will receive relatives and friends for a memorial service to be held Saturday, August 2nd, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, Sudbury.
