In Loving Memory of Dr. Linda Lysynchuk  Peacefully Sunday, October 12th, 2014 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Beloved partner of Terry Smith.  Loving mother of Alex Smith.  Cherished daughter of Eugene and Mary Lysynchuk. Terry and Alex express their appreciation to Julie, Wendy and Jannett for their excellent care and compassion. At Linda’s request there will be no funeral visitation or service.  Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciation.  Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
