In Loving Memory Of Norman Lee Maatta 65 Years It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing on Sunday December 14th, 2014 at Health Sciences North after a short courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Pestell) Maatta. Predeceased by his loving daughter Kimberly Ann Maatta (March 19th, 2011). Norman will be missed by his grandson Zachary Tremblay. Dear brother of Nancy Jacques (Real) of Sault Ste Marie and Carol Maatta (Bryant) of Garson. Best friend of Don Young (Rita) of Toronto. Son of Mary Helda (nee Arseneault) Maatta-James and of the late Harold Maatta. He will be dearly missed by many family members as well as friends. In keeping with Norman’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of his life will be held at the family cottage at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
