Also missed by the greatest neighbours he could ask for, Mark and Irene Laplante. Dear brother of Edward, predeceased by Steve, Anne, Jean, Mary and parents Agnes and John Kruk. Albert was first and foremost a family man. He helped his own parents out when starting his career at INCO in 1941. He assisted siblings, friends and his children; nothing was more important to him or brought him greater pleasure. Church was an important part of his life as was attending the woodworking shop in Lively where he made many pieces of furniture that are treasured still (including the pulpit and altar for St. Pius X Church). Family visitation on Tuesday 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with parish prayers at 5:30 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Stanislaus Church, Copper Cliff on Wednesday, March 25th, 2015 at 2:00p.m. followed by a reception at Albert’s house, 265 Ninth Avenue, Lively. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Red Cross Society or St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre would be appreciated.
