RABSKI, T Alice (LAGACE)

In Loving Memory of Alice Teresa Rabski (nee Lagace) 78 years Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 at Health Sciences North with loving family at her side. Beloved wife of Jozef “Joe” Rabski predeceased 2013. Loving mother of Henry (wife Mariola), Stanley (wife Lisa) and Teddy (wife Paula). Cherished Babcia of Jessica, Jason, Steven, Emily and Matthew. Dear daughter of James and Mary Lagace predeceased. Dear sister of Fred, Stanley “Sonny”, Helen and Raymond all predeceased. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews and her canine buddies Chico, Stuart, Ellie and Willie. She married Joe Rabski in Sudbury in 1955. Alice will be remembered as always helping others whether young people with special needs or older people at the nursing home. She had a great affinity for birds. She enjoyed picking blueberries and cooking for family and friends. Alice was a devoted stay at home mom who raised her sons with lots of love and good values. In younger days she was active in the local Polish community attending St. Casimir’s Church and volunteering at the Polish Club (Frood Road). Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury (Friends may call 6-8 P.M. Friday with parish prayers at 7:30 P.M. Friday) Funeral Prayers in St. Casimir’s Church, 210 Paris Street, Sudbury Saturday, April 4th, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. Entombment in the Civic Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Casimir’s Church or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
