FRASER, L. Helen (CHIBLOW)

Peacefully at the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre, Helen Fraser, age 87 of Sudbury, passed away on Monday April 27th, 2015. Helen was born on November 28, 1927 to Mary (nee Petahtegoose) and Mike Chiblow. Predeceased by siblings Joseph, Richard, Camille, Emmitt, Leo, Martha, and Adelard. Survived by sisters Rita, Peggy, Lena, and Elva. Devoted wife of 67 years to Gordon Fraser. Helen is survived by her loving children, Connie Martin (Louis), Brian Fraser (Helen) and Delores Fraser. Proud grandmother of Louis Martin (Barbara), Tracy Martin (Timothy), Lorelei Moreau (Robert), Sharon Brinkman (Lee), Shannon Fraser (Fred), and Amanda Fraser. Special grandmother to Piers and Caedman Nash. Helen will be sadly missed by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and children she cared for throughout the years. Visitation and Funeral Service at Atikameksheng Anishnawebec Community Centre (Whitefish Lake First Nation) on Wednesday April 29th, 2015 starting at 4:00 PM with the Funeral Service on Friday May 1st at 11:00 AM, Pastor Dan Lee officiating. Donations to the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
