In Loving Memory of Faye Lorna Fortier, 65 Years, who passed away at Health Sciences North on Friday, May 1st, 2015 with her loving family by her side. Loving wife of Tullio Ricci for over 30 years. Beloved step mother of Mark (Tanya) and Craig (Carol). Cherished grandmother of Kirsten (Ryan), Raven, Trey, Corbin, Eric and great grandmother to Marshal. Dear daughter of Lawrence Fortier (predeceased) and Jackie Fortier (nee Yensen). Treasured sister of Brenda McAuley (Jake) and Lawrence (Karen). Special aunt to Steven, Kevin, Mathew, Jordan and Joey. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Faye was a very caring and giving person who loved family gatherings and her summer adventures on Manitoulin Island at her camp (Stanley Park). During her life Faye enjoyed working for CN, Cecil Facer and Revenue Canada where she retired after many years of service. She enjoyed many different hobbies from latch hooking to cross stitching. She enjoyed many crafts which she was very creative with. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home Hanmer/Capreol Chapel 4605 Michelle Dr., at Hwy 69N, Hanmer (Friends may call Tuesday 2-4; 7-9 p.m.) Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Peace Church 26 Dennie St., Capreol Wednesday May 6th, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Capreol Cemetery. Donations to the Capreol Long Term Support Housing would be appreciated.
