In loving memory of Edna Stillar who was 79 years young. She passed away peacefully at the Maison Vale Hospice surrounded by her loving family and friends on May 9th, 2015. Edna was extremely dedicated to her family and cherished her time with them hearing about their accomplishments, laughing with them and sharing stories. Loving mother of Sandra, Wesley (Susan) and Timothy, all of Sudbury. Cherished Nana of Chris (Kelly), Crystal, Adam (Jessica), Amanda, Deven, Ashley (Josten), and Patrick. Edna will be greatly missed by her 8 great grandchildren who always kept her young at heart. Dear daughter of Victor and Martha Bissonnette both predeceased. Loving sister of Cecil Bissonnette predeceased (Phyllis), Lionel Bissonette (Margret), Mary Blasutti (Mario predeceased), Linda Tchorzewski (Peter). Longtime best friend of Donna McLean. Edna loved to sing and entertain whether it was at the family Boxing Day party accompanied by her sisters Mary and Linda, on the dock at Trout Lake with friends, or for anyone that has ever left a message on her answering machine. Her happiest times were spent at Trout Lake with family and friends. Edna was a long time employee of Loblaws making many friendships not only with her co-workers but her customers too. As per Edna’s request there will be no visitation or service. Donations to the Maison Vale Hospice where she received love, kindness, and compassion during the last weeks of her life would be greatly appreciated.
