AUBREY, Melville

Passed away peacefully at St-Joseph’s Manor in Elliot Lake on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband of 70 years to Marguerite (née Trudeau) Aubrey. Predeceased by his parents Antoine and Theresa (née Belisle) Aubrey. Loving father of Diane Aubrey-Greene (Clyde) and Daniel Aubrey (Jane). Predeceased by his daughter Joanne. Dear brother of Olive Risto (late Max). Predeceased by his siblings Armand (late Myrtle), Pearl Garness (late Bill), Marion Howika (Fred), Johnny (Claire), Leonard (late Margaret), Ernie (late Joan) and William. Cherished grandfather of Michelle Sampson (Randy), Nathan Aubrey (Stacey), Matthew Aubrey (Alison) and great grandfather of Eric Sampson, Danielle Sampson, Levi Aubrey and Evelyn Aubrey. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was a proud employee of the Brewers Retail for over 30 years. Melville will be remembered as an outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a fan of boxing. In keeping with Melville’s wishes there will be no visitation.
