MOORE, Doreen (GERARD)

In Loving memory of Doreen Moore (nee Gerard) 1930 – 2015. It is with great sorrow the family announces the passing of our dear sister Doreen Moore at 84 years of age who passed away with her family by her side on Sunday June 28, 2015 in Sudbury. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 20 years, Roy Moore. Beloved daughter of Emile and Kathleen Gerard both predeceased. Also leaving to mourn are her brothers; Gary (Danuta), Rick (Lois), Simon (Gail), Jack (Ghislaine) and Maurice (Rachel). She is also predeceased by her sisters Ethel Sheehy (Jim), Evelyn Wysoski (Tony), Myrtle Gauthier (Ross) and Bernadette. Best friend and sister-in-law of Winnie Moore predeceased. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Doreen was the Personnel Manager at Kresge’s for 35 years. She will always be remembered for her perfect hair, most beautiful smile and her kind heart. Born in Pembrooke, Doreen grew up in Espanola where she married her husband Roy in 1954 and moved to Sudbury. Thank you to all the staff at Pioneer Manor for their excellent care.
