In Loving Memory of Gerald ""Gerry"" Eric Rosenfeld 82 years who passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Meadowbrook. Beloved husband of Marlene (Cartwright) Rosenfeld predeceased January 2015. Loving father of Janice (danny) Johnson, Wesley (Angela Lafleur) Rosenfeld, Diane (James) Niemi, Gerald Jr., Carol (Todd) VanDenEnden. Grandfather to Mandy (Dale) Kinnonen, Christy (Casey)Vanderstarre, Lorraine (Phil) Niemi-Heikkila, Olivia (Tyrrell) MOrris, Thomas Niemi, Foxx VanDenEnden, and Joss VanDenEnden. Great-Grandfather to Cora Niemi, Ethan Kinnonen, Evelyn Vanderstarre, Emma Kinnonen, Brianna Vanderstarre, Odin Niemi, Dylan Niemi and Sophie Morris. Gerry was well known for his years as a Royal Bank Manager. He was an active member of the Sudbury Ontario Genealogical Society and the Sudbury Stamp Club. During the summer you could easily find him in the back yard tending to his garden. He had a great sense for adventure and was never scared to try new things! He will be greatly missed. In lieu of a funeral, the family has held a private service. Donations are welcome to the Cancer Society.
