MACLEAN, Georgette (SAVARIE)

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Georgette MacLean (nee Savarie), July 25th, 2015, at the age of 85, surrounded by her family at Health Sciences North. Beloved wife of 60 years to Francis MacLean of Hanmer. Loving mother of Patricia (husband Robert Cayen) of Hanmer, Brian (wife Helen) of Blezard Valley, Raymond (wife Karen) of Port Elgin, Sandra of Davenport, Florida, and Conrad (wife Cathy) of Sutton. Adoring grandmother to Brian Beaupre, Carol Ann Kilganon (husband Leo), Brett, Miles, Lindsay, Travis Best, Michelle, Connor, and great-grandmother to Owen, Cameron, and Andrew Kilganon. Will be missed by her sister Reina Lavallee of Warren and brothers Roland (Lucille) of Sudbury, Ovide (Willy) of Oshawa and Rene (Mary) of Markstay. Predeceased by her parents Gedeon and Anne Claire Savarie, and her sisters Rolande Gervais and Emea McGilvary. Her family will truly miss her fresh baked bread and their favourite desserts made especially just for them. Georgette was a member of St. Kevin’s Parish and CWL. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home, Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Drive, Hanmer. (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Monday). Funeral Mass in St. Kevin’s Church, 4610 St. Thérèse Street, Val Thérèse, on Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 at 11am. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
