SMITH, L. Linda (SAUCIER)

In Loving Memory of Linda Lorraine Smith (nee Saucier) It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Lorraine Smith, after a long and courageous battle at the age of 66 years. Daughter of Melvin and Millie Saucier (predeceased). No one will miss her more than her husband and soulmate Mahlon Smith. Linda is survived by her son Scott Sheahan and predeceased by her son Trevor Sheahan. Loving grandmother of Brittany, Shayleigh and Conner. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Gail Foerster (Craig), Debbie Perron (Leo) and Cheryl Pinson (predeceased) and her brothers Ken Saucier (Hélène) and Dwain Saucier (Sue). Linda was the proud owner of Hagar General Store for 25 years where she was well known for her home baking. Mahlon and the family wish to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses in the ICU at Health Sciences North for the great and compassionate care provided to Linda. A special thank you to Miss Gabby, Linda’s homecare nurse. At Linda’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
