It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Irvine (Larry) Karwaski at the age of 88 years on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband of 62 years to Marjorie (Moratz) Karwaski. Loving father of Blaine, Kim, Bruce (Karon), Tammy (Al) and Tracy (Robin). Dear Boppa who will be greatly missed by all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born in Byng Inlet, on December 3, 1926, he was the son of the late John and Rola (Berneske) Karwaski. Larry was a proud World War II Veteran who immediately after the war obtained his Autobody Repair License and went on to own and operate his own shops in Hamilton and Sudbury for many years. He had a profound love of Georgian Bay where he spent most of his free time fishing and camping with family and friends. Georgian Bay (Britt) Has lost a special friend!
