SGUEGLIA, Vittorio 'Victor'

In Loving Memory of Vittorio “Victor” Sgueglia Born in Alvignano (Caserta), Italy, passed away at the age of 72 years, Thursday, January 28th, 2016 at Health Sciences North with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of 50 years to Rosa (Marcuccio) Sgueglia and loving father of Domenico (Sue Hodges), Sue Vitiello (David) and Tony (Irma). Cherished Nono to seven beautiful grandchildren; Joshua, Jessica, Regina, Marco, Jason, Audrey and Julia. Dear son of Domenico and Alessandra (Fazzoni) Sgueglia (predeceased) of Italy. Brother of Teresa (Valentino) and Antonio (predeceased). Beloved son in law of Giuseppina and Donato Marcuccio (predeceased). He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Victor arrived in Canada in 1967, working at Western Bakery followed by the Sudbury Catholic School Board for 16 years then worked at an incredible trade of shoemaking that continued his livelihood forever. Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury (Friends may call 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday with parish prayers at 4:30pm Sunday) Funeral Mass in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 1250 Barrydowne Road, Sudbury Monday, February 1st, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donation to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Sudbury Food Bank would be appreciated.
