In loving memory of Rodolphe “Rudy” Albert who passed away July 21st, 2014 at Health Sciences North at the age of 84. He is survived by true love and life-long companion Edna Albert and five of their six children, Margot (Robert Young), Monique (Allan Jones), Jocelyne (Patrick George) Jody (Brad Meadows) & Belinda (Brian Kozicki) Rodolphe ""Rudy"" was predeceased by his namesake and only beloved son in the fall of 1971. His parents Antonio Albert and Anna Albert (nee Cyr) of Baker Brook, N.B., and brothers Roger, Yvon, Denis, and Jean-Luc and his dear sister Jeanne also passed before him. Two loving sisters Marcel and Yvonne survive. Rodolphe’s legacy lives on in eleven grandchildren Melinda, David, Michael, Burt, Jeffrey, Rudy, Robert, Kayla, Cassidy, Zane, Ben, Alana, and Sydney and by eight Great-Grandchildren. Rudy Albert was a man with remarkable work ethic as a hard rock diamond driller at Inco for more than 36 years. With pride he would recall how he was able to work in 366 days in one calendar year. Rodlophe was a humble man, although at times he referred to himself as ""The Great Rudy Albert “and rightfully so. This man could fix anything and services were always free. Rudy had an incredible sense of humour and enjoyed hearing and telling a good joke. Thank you Dr. Kulwant Gill you are our miracle man. You saved our Father several times. A Noble profession. Eternally Grateful. His work is done, farewell we meet no more on this side of Heaven. At Rodolphe's request the family will hold a private service. Interment at the Maple Crest Cemetery Dowling (Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home)
