PELLAND, Jean-Guy

The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Sunday, August 17th, 2014 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Carmen (née Gaudette). Son of the late Rodolphe and of the late Annette (née Sylvestre) Pelland. Beloved father of Anne Dechaine (late Dennis), Normand Pelland (Gisèle), André Pelland (Lisa), Gerald Pelland and Rachel Lefevbre. Dear brother of many siblings. Cherished grandfather to 11 and great-grandfather to 13. In keeping with Jean-Guy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci Church, Coniston. As expressions of sympathy, donations (by cheque only) to the Maison Vale Hospice would be appreciated.
