CARRIERE, Elise (DUPUIS)

Peacefully passed away with her family by her side at Pioneer Manor on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the age of 99 years. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Rose Alma (née Rivet) Dupuis. Wife of the late Paul Carrière. Loving mother of Lucille Burton (Leo), Gérald Carrière (Huguette), Normand Carrière (Annette), Estelle Laplante (William) and Yollande Twilley (Fred). Dear sister of Justine Gareau (late Léon), Délima Proulx (late Alcide), Gabriel Dupuis (Rita) and Polidore Dupuis (Dorothy). Predeceased by her siblings Daniel, Cordelia Renaud, Rita Leblanc, Claire Lawlord, Wilfred, Léonard and Lionel. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 12 (Noon) and from 2 to 4 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made (by cheque only) to the Kidney Foundation.
