In Loving Memory of Stephan John Kosarchyn 63 years  Sadly we announce the sudden passing of Stephan John Kosarchyn at Health Sciences North on November 12, 2014.  Predeceased by his parents Sam (1991) and Iwanna Kosarchyn (2004).   Loving partner of Catherine Dow of Sudbury, cousins Tanja Wacyk (husband Greg Spencer), Maria Wacyk  (husband Frank Polan) both of Toronto and Peter Mandryk (wife Cheryl) of Australia.  We would like to thank Dr. Bindu Bittira and her hospital team for their care of our special, Stephan.  Steve leaves behind his legacy of his tremendous sense of humour, and, also, his infinite knowledge of history of the Ukrainian culture and the many stories of how, when and why his parents immigrated from their country.  These stories and more, were just a few of what Steve liked to share with many.   Steve, sadly, experienced just 23 months of retirement from Greyhound Canada where he worked for over 30 years.  A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, on Saturday, November 29th, 2014 at 2:30 PM with Panakhyda at 3:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke and the Kidney Foundations would be appreciated.
