In Loving Memory of Juanita Clark (nee Maurino) 98 years Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at Maison Vale Hospice Beloved wife of Clarence Clark (predeceased 1984). Loving mother of Mari (Don) Desjardins. Cherished grandmother of Dawn (Stephen), Dina (Frank) and great grandmother of Kaitlin, Hayley, Jack and Frances. Predeceased by her sisters Aida, Laura and brothers August, Frank, Leo. Survived by her sister-in-law Evelyn Maurino. Dear daughter of the late John and Mary Maurino. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Nita was a founding member of St. James’ Anglican Church. She was also a founding member of the Alzheimer’s Society of Sudbury. She operated the restaurant at the Sudbury Airport for many years. She was an avid bridge player and loved her camp at Lake Wahnapitae. Over the years mom has been wonderfully cared for by the CCAC staff and the Westmount Retirement Home. The family would like to thank; Amy & Terry, the great staff at Maison Vale Hospice and Cathy and Katie from Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home. We will be ever grateful to Dr. Tom Crichton for his unfailing care, many thanks to all. Cremation has taken place at the Park Lawn Crematorium. A celebration of Nita’s life will be held in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury on Saturday, April 25th, 2015 at 3pm. (Friends may call after 2pm Saturday). In lieu of flowers donations to the Maison Vale Hospice and Alzheimer’s Society of Sudbury would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
