SOPER, Eveline ""Billie (WEEKS)

The family announces her passing in Sudbury on May 16th, 2015 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her loving husband George Soper. Daughter of the late Harry “Billy” and the late Eveline (née Rowe) Soper. Beloved mother of Dennis Soper (Patricia) and Beverly Lefebvre (John). Predeceased by her brother Harry Weeks. Cherished grandmother of Terri Lynn, Vikki Laurie, Tammy Lee, Joel Troy, Ryan William and Kaitlin Elizabeth. Great-grandmother of Jordan, Jamie, Ethan, Evelyne “Paige”, Levi, Avery and Brady. The family would like to thank all the staff at Health Sciences North, especially the nurses at the 5th floor, South Tower for their expert care. Her friends, family and staff at her home in South Winds were very dear to her. Billie was known for her adventurous spirit and love of travel. Her thoughtfulness, generosity and love of her family will be greatly missed. At the family’s request there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations, by cheque or online, in Eveline’s memory can be made to the Salvation Army or the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.
