In Loving Memory of Piera (Toccaceli) Mariotti 79 years Monday, July 20th, 2015 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Giulio Mariotti. Loving mother of Vivian (Pierre Charron) and Maurisio (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of Monica (Kristopher), Matthew, Marissa, Julian and great grandchildren Ellie and Logan. Dear daughter of Livio and Valentina (Giardini) Toccaceli both predeceased. Dear sister of Marco predeceased (Gioconda of Italy). Born in Monte Maggiore, Pesaro, Italy, she was trained to knit, crotchet and needle point and was a skilled seamstress for many years. Piera enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Piera devoted her life to her family. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Visitation at the Lougheed Funeral Home 252 Regent Street at Hazel Street (Friends may call 2-5 and 7-9 P.M. Thursday) Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, 39 Walford Road, Sudbury Friday, July 24th, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. Entombment in the Civic Mausoleum.
