KYLE, Dr. Keith Edward - It is with great sadness that the family announces Keith’s sudden passing, August 28, 2015 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Angela (Anaka) Kyle. Loving father of David (Haven), Paul (Sharon), Kate (Bob Painchaud) and Christin (Jeremy Guild). Proud grandfather of David, Lauren, Ward, Joshua, Simon and Robert. Dear son of Edward and Hazel (McFarlane) Kyle, both predeceased. Cherished brother of Doug, Ron and Isobel, all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in 1930 in Vaughan, ON, Keith graduated from the University of Toronto's School of Dentistry in 1953, moving north shortly thereafter to begin his career in Lively, ON. He truly enjoyed the practice of dentistry, and serving the community of Lively, which he did proudly for over 45 years. A gentle man with a kind heart, Keith was known for his dry humour, quick wit, modest manner, and love of sports, both as a fan (particularly of his beloved Toronto Blue Jays), and a participant. Keith excelled at sports from a young age, and especially enjoyed baseball, hockey, curling, and golf. Fondly remembered as “Splits” Kyle, Keith continued to play goal for the Sudbury Dental hockey team well into his seventies. Above everything else, Keith’s family was his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. He will be deeply and forever missed by us all. Resting at the JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch Street, Sudbury (Friends may call 5-8 PM Tuesday).
